SetupMyAI

You are not buying a box. You are buying a working deployment.

Every machine includes installation by a SetupMyAI engineer. Not a setup wizard, not a support article: a person who arrives, connects it to your systems, trains the people who will use it, and does not leave until it works.

Why this exists

The hardware was never the hard part

Local AI fails at the software: driver versions, quantisation formats, inference servers, connecting it to the documents that make it useful. That is where the weekend goes, and it is the reason most businesses that try this give up. Removing it is the point of the whole company.

How it works

Five steps, no surprises

We talk

Twenty minutes. What you do, what is sensitive, and what you want to stop doing by hand.

We recommend

Which machine, which models, which pack. Including when the cheaper machine, or no machine at all, is the right answer.

We install

On-site across the UK and UAE, remotely everywhere else. Configured against the systems you actually run.

We train your team

The part everyone skips. An hour with the people who will use it, not a PDF.

We stay

Aftercare, updates and model changes as better ones arrive.

Worth knowing

They will set up hardware we do not sell

SetupMyAI is a deployment service, not our sales channel. They will install on a DGX Spark, a Mac Studio, a Framework Desktop, a machine you already own, or a competitor's box that arrived last week. The fee is the same either way.

That is deliberate. Advice you can trust has to come from someone whose income does not depend on the answer, and it means the recommendation you get is the one they would give a friend. Sometimes that recommendation is a cloud subscription and no hardware at all.

Start with the conversation.

Free, twenty minutes, and you will get a straight answer even if it is not the one that sells a machine.
